A public holiday surcharge is possible with the QJumper Platform and will be applied to all platforms (Web, POS, Kiosk). You can enable this setting in the Portal

Go to the Settings tab, and choose Locations

Find your location in the list and click edit

From here, click Order Fees

This will dropdown to show you the Public Holiday Surcharge field

• This field is always a percentage
• The surcharge active tickbox is to enable and disable this when not using it
