Eftpos Terminals

Unlocking an Eftpos terminal will require the daily pin. To unlock begin by tapping each corner of the device screen in a clockwise pattern, starting from the top left corner and ending in the bottom left. Once complete a login menu should appear, Select ‘Admin’ and type in the daily pin. Daily password can be requested from Qjumper support staff.

Kiosk

There are two ways to Unlock a kiosk (To access device settings).

The most common way to access settings is to power off/restart the kiosk. In the first 20 seconds of bootup you will be able to access the device settings options like Wifi and Bluetooth.

For the second method, while on the “Order Now” landing page, put one finger in the center of the screen and hold down for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, this should prompt the user to enter a password.
