How to unlock devices

Eftpos

Unlocking an Eftpos terminal will require the Managers pin: 197364

Eftpos terminals

• Tap each corner of the device in a clockwise pattern starting from the top left corner.
• Select Manager or Admin if using the daily pin
• Enter managers pin: 197364
• Device is unlocked and ready to access the settings </aside>

Kiosks

There are two ways to Unlock a kiosk (To access device settings).

Restart Unlock

• Power Off device
• Power On
• Enter Settings within the first 30 seconds of the device being turned on
• Restart the device to re-enter locked mode

Manual Unlock

• Exit Qjumper App
• Tap screen 10 times to open login
• Enter password: 927534
• Restart the device to re-enter locked mode </aside>

POS

• Exit Qjumper application
