You will see these terms thrown around when using our POS. While we support both in our platform, you should understand the differences and why to use one or the other.
A customer receipt (often referred to as customer copy) is what we are all used to as consumers. It is a summation of your entire order, including payments made, time of sale, and the GST number or other details of the merchant. This is the default receipt printed by the POS.
