If you have a cash drawer / till at your store, it can be plugged in to automatically open on cash or no sales.

To do this you will need a POS printer connected to your POS, see Connecting printers to your POS

If you have a printer connected and the connection is showing as green, then you can simply plug the cash drawer cable into the back of the cash drawer and into the back of the printer next to your POS.

To test this, trigger a No Sale from the actions menu
