Book a call or request to time to have Qjumper support ready to assist setup of Eftpos static IP.

To setup a static IP Qjumper will need the Make and Model of the in-store router. This is usually found on the back or underside of the Wifi router.

Setup notes

Repeat this process with each Eftpos terminal, only changing the last digits of the IP Address. Each IP address needs to be linked with the terminal serial number. The IP addresses we supply will end with either 1, 2 or 3 in correlation with POS, kiosk 1 and kiosk 2.

IP address Examples:

192.168.1.21 → POS

192.168.1.22 → KIOSK 1

192.168.1.23 → KIOSK 2

When entering the Static IP inputs, Qjumper support will supply the details. Only IP address, Gateway, Porxy length and DNS1 will need to be filled out.

Setup Steps — Static IP for Eftpos

• Unlock Terminal
• Scroll down to select Android network
• Select Advanced options
• Select Wi-fi
• Check Static option for Wi-fi/
• Enter Static IP inputs supplied by Qjumper support
• Save details

Wait 30 seconds for the connection to establish.
