Trouble Shoot Payment connection lost

On the unlikely chance that the connection drops during a payment, the kiosk may display an Authorization page requesting to manually investigate and confirm the payment, this will require the Admin pin to unlock the kiosk and authorize the payment.

Admin pin: 07139

Step 1 – Investigate

If the kiosk does not continue the payment after reconnection, proceed with the manual override.

If the store network is completely lost, follow the Network recovery plan to quickly setup a new WiFi connection.

Step 2 – Manual Override

Once completed, the kiosk will revert to normal and place the order.

If both the kiosk and eftpos terminal lose connection or if you are unable to re-establish a connection a stable connection, follow the Network recovery plan to quickly setup a new network connection.
