The Kiosk is your customers' in-store gateway to the QJumper platform, letting them place and pay for their own orders independently with each order sent straight to your central POS system.

The kiosk is design to require minimal input by staff. The initial setup requires connecting to the internet and ensuring your payment system is setup.

Connect kiosk to Network

• Open Device settings (if access is denied, you'll need to unlock the device first).
• Select Network & Internet.
• Select WiFi.
• Choose your network.
• Enter the password.
• Tap Connect.

Kiosk payment system. Our Verifone terminals link to the kiosk via Vcloud, a cloud-based connection that identifies the terminal by its serial number.

Each kiosk is pre-linked to a specific Verifone terminal and will only work with the one it's packaged with. To make sure the payment system is ready to go, just confirm the Verifone terminal is powered on and connected to the internet.

Test payment.

• Create a new order on the kiosk
• Proceed to payment
• Complete the payment on the Verifone terminal (if no payment appears, check the terminal is connected to a network and sitting next to the correct kiosk)
• Confirm the payment lands in the linked account
