Book a call or request to time to have Qjumper support ready to assist setup of Eftpos static IP.

To setup a static IP Qjumper will need the make/model of the in-store router.

Setup Eftpos Static IP

Qjumper will supply IP details for setting up a static IP; this will require the make/model of the router in store.

Begin by Unlocking the Eftpos terminal. Once Unlocked select; ‘Android network’, ‘Advanced options’ then finally ‘Wi-Fi’. You will be on the Static IP setup page. In the ‘Wi-Fi’ channel, check the ‘Static’ check box. Fill out the IP details supplied by Qjumper. Once filled out select the enter key to finalise the connection

IP Address:   Eg 192.168.1.21 (POS) 192.168.1.22 (Kiosk1) 192.168.1.23 (Kiosk3)

Gateway:  Eg 192.168.1.254

Proxy Length:   Eg 24

DNS1:   Eg 192.168.1.254
