Reburger Ordering Systems Setup

It is recommended to setup each device one at a time.

Step 1 — Unpack

Each device is packed and Linked with their own eftpos terminal. Eftpos terminal will not work with any other device.

Step 2 — Power Up & Connect

Kiosk.

Connect to network

  1. Power On
  2. Open Settings
  3. Select Network & Internet
  4. Select WiFi
  5. Choose a network
  6. Enter the password
  7. Tap Connect

If the device is locked, here are some instructions on how to Unlock kiosks

POS

Connect to network

  1. Power On
  2. Open Settings
  3. Select Network & Internet
  4. Select WiFi
  5. Choose a network
  6. Enter the password
  7. Tap Connect

If the device is locked, here are some instructions on how to Unlock the POS

Eftpos

Once Connect to a network it is recommended to follow the steps to setup a static IP. This will ensure a more stable connection. Follow Static IP setup

Connect to network

  1. Power On
  2. Unlock Eftpos
  3. Select Android Network
  4. Select the WiFi network
  5. Enter the WiFi password
  6. Tap Connect

Wait 30–60 seconds for the terminal to connect.

Note the EFTPOS IP Address for POS

Once connected:

  1. Tap Settings on the connected network
  2. Scroll down and select “Advanced” to open the dropdown menu
  3. Locate IP Address

Example:

192.168.1.45

Write this number down.

You will need it to Link the Eftpos to the POS.

Step 3 — linking eftpos

Kiosk → Eftpos

Once the Eftpos terminal is connected to WiFi, The Eftpos terminal will automatically link

POS → Eftpos

You must connect it in the POS.

  1. Open the POS application
  2. Open Settings
  3. Select Payments
  4. Select Configure
  5. Tap Forget
  6. Enter the IP address noted earlier
  7. Select Connect

Step 4 — Confirm Everything Is Working

Check the following:

✔ POS is connected to internet

✔ EFTPOS shows Connected

✔ Test payment works

If payments fail, restart the POS and EFTPOS terminal.
